SHIPPING POLICY
Due to COVID-19, you may receive your packing a day or two later than the expected delivery date.
All orders placed before 3:00 PM Eastern Standard Time, Monday through Friday, are arranged and shipped the same day.
Packages are only delivered Monday through Friday. Delivery is NOT available on Saturday, Sunday and national holidays due to limitation even if you selected a weekday or holiday on the calendar.
We usually process and ship orders the same business day from Miami, Florida. All orders placed before 3:00 PM during hours of operation (Monday-Friday) will be shipped the same day. If your order is placed after 3 PM, it will be shipped the following business day.
Orders Showing Delivered
If your order is delivered to the verified shipping address and you haven't received it for any reason, you must first contact the carrier it was shipped with to have them locate the package. We are not held liable for any package(s) that have been shipped to a verified shipping address that was confirmed on your order. We have no control over any packages once they have left our facility.

Modify Or Cancel Your Order
If you need to modify or cancel your order, you must do so within 2 hours of placing your order. Cancelling is free of charge, and a full refund will be issued. Modifications cannot be made once an order has been shipped. You may modify these orders for an additional cost since we work to process and ship your order in a timely manner.
Once your order has been shipped, a tracking number will be sent for each individual package so you'll be able to track it and know where your package is at any time.

Late Arrivals of Packages
We understand that purchases made are sometimes for special occasions. We will do our best to deliver your package on the date specified, however, we use a third party shipping carrier and cannot guarantee specific delivery dates. We deeply apologize for carrier delays, but no refunds or credits will be issued for late arrivals. Our dedicated team will do our best to handle any issues that may arise to make sure you are fully satisfied.
